DecontRamination workshop

Have you noticed hateful graffiti in your neighbourhood? Does seeing bathroom graffiti targeting minorities – maybe even ones you belong to – in a pub or a club make you uncomfortable? If you want to learn more about strategies for changing and subverting hate speech in graffiti, stickers or any other kind of street art, join us at the DecontRamination workshop where we’ll explore precisely that.

? Eva Jus started working with non-formal education through improv theatre in 2006 and have been using its techniques to address various topics ever since. She teaches weekly improv workshops for high school students as well as young people with mental disabilities. Besides performance she focuses on topics such as group dynamics, inclusion, feminism, intersectionality, activism, story telling etc.

? From 2012, Mateja Morić has been using a non-formal education methodology in her work. She has worked with adults who commited crime, young people at risk and specifically coming from different marginalised groups and children. In the last 3 years, she has been creating, implementing and evaluating different workshops and trainings oriented around LGBTIQ+ community and other marginalised groups. She had acquired diverse knowledge through participating and organising different activities that mobilise young people and change. Areas of interest: hate speech, bullying, LGBTIQ+, restorative justice, promotion of volunteering and solidarity.
