We will relocate the workshop of the printing space MetaTisk in the open space of AKC Metelkova city in the process of learning the popular technique of stencil screen printing. We shall put on our work clothes and let the imagination go wild. You will design, cut and print your favourite pieces found on the Ljubljana streets.

On the workshop you will:
? spice up shirts, bags or other cotton clothing with your original creations. Your used cotton shirts will come back to life,
? create your very own print on a piece of carton,
? print on a variety of pieces of cloth, cut them and create your own patches used for repairing other pieces of clothing,
? print an already prepared piece in a proper screen printing technique.
We advise you bring your own shirts or bags that you want to print on. There will also be the option of buying extra shirts and bags for whoever doesn’t bring their own materials.

✅ The workshop is suitable for elementary and high school kids but also for youth in general.

? Danijela Zajc is a pedagogue, producer and performer. She’s been gaining experience through creative and musical workshops on the field of pedagogical work with kids, youth and adults from 2006. Lately she’s been conducting circus and screen printing workshops for groups and organizations.

✅ All the supplies for a relaxed and creative atmosphere in the workshop including materials and protective equipment (masks, gloves, sanitizer) will be provided by us. Because of the colourful nature of the workshop we recommend appropriate clothing and shoes.
